Handsome Hue is a 1- to 2-year-old 50-lb. boy who's looking for a forever home in which to hang his leash! Heres what his foster mom told us about this happy fellow: Baby Huey makes friends wherever he goes: He greets strangers with an enthusiastic butt wiggle and his tail never stops wagging! He's gentle and good with children, but he's a bit too curious about cats, so no kitties, please!' 'Hues favorite toy is his older foster 'sister,' and he can be pretty persistent in trying to convince her to play. (Grabbing her favorite toy and bopping her with it seems to be pretty effective :-) He gladly shares his toys, and would be a great companion for a tolerant, high-energy pup looking for a playmate to burn off some energy.' 'Hue is crate-trained, and has done perfectly when giving him run of the house for short periods of time, so we think that soon he wont need to be crated at all. Through the magic of clicker-training, hes mastered 'sit,' 'down' and 'stay,' and absolutely loves his training sessions (or maybe he really just loves the treats!). Overall, Hue is really calm inside but every now and then he gets the zoomies and does some laps around the house and up and down the stairs. Hes not the most coordinated doggie, so its hilarious to watch him attempt to stop and turn on a dime :-D' 'Hes learned that sleeping overnight in bed with his foster parents is a no-no, so as soon as the alarm goes off he gleefully jumps up and wriggles his way for some morning cuddles. We cant wait for him to meet a family who will welcome him and give a lifetime of snuggles ... and this wonderful, loving boy cant wait either!'
